If you purchase a subscription with multiple user licenses, you will probably want to assign these licenses to other team members.
To do this you will need to log into the Sitebulb Customer Portal and manage your licenses from there.
Sign in to the Sitebulb Customer Portal
Follow this link or click the Login button on the Sitebulb website to sign into your account.
You'll need to sign in with the credentials used when you first subscribed to the software.
Your Subscription email address may be different from the one associated with your license, as well as your billing address.
Alternatively, navigate to the Customer Portal from Sitebulb
If you already have Sitebulb open, and you sign into Sitebulb with the same email you purchased with, you can shortcut the previous step.
Head to 'Your Account' and click the blue Manage Subscription button and Licenses. This will sign you into your account without you having to do it again.
View your Subscription
However you log in, you'll end up on a screen that looks like this:
Click the blue View button to view the subscription details.
This will take you through to a big page with all the details of your subscription.
Assign User Licences
In the middle of the subscription details is a section entitled 'User Licenses', here you'll find a list of Sitebulb licenses available with your subscription. Use the blue Assign License buttons to assign any spare license to your team members.
All user licenses will be assigned to the subscription owner by default, which is why in the example below, both licenses are assigned to me even though only one has been activated.
Choose who to assign the Licence to
The blue Assign Licence button will open a popup, and then it's simply a case of adding the email address of the user you wish to assign the license to.
The system will send the assigned an email to let him know that he's been assigned a Sitebulb user license, and instructions on how to get started.
The status of this license will now show the user's details on the Subscription page - you can revoke and reassign licenses at any time by following these steps.
